Ajax based web collaboration is at the heart of Aruna Email. The powerful web client integrates email, contacts, shared calendar, VoIP, and online document authoring into a rich browser-based interface. You can drag and drop items and even use and set custom keyboard shortcuts.

Aruna Email is accessible from anywhere, from your office, on the web and on your mobile device. It can be accessed with any client, Outlook , Apple Mail and iCal, Eudora, Evolution, Thunderbird / Sunbird, RSS, etc.
Mobile (Coming Soon!)
Aruna Email will soon offer over-the-air "PUSH" synchronization to mobile devices without the need for third party software or additional servers. It lets mobile users perform various operations such as reading, replying to, and forwarding messages, composing new messages, and searching their inbox.

Our servers are located in Tier 3 data centers with the latest in both server and physical security measures. Your data is yours, owned by you and we do not use or retain client data for our own purposes. Please refer to our privacy policy for additional details.

Aruna email offers integrated archival and discovery with a dedicated web interface to provide an easy to use and cost effective solution to this issue. Every message is indexed and archived across your enterprise and the system provides powerful search tools to make advanced discoveries a snap. *(Archival and Discovery is an option to the base service)

 

Tags easily
Aruna Email also integrates tagging of messages so you can find your messages easily. This feature enables the user to categorize messages and contacts by attaching "tags" with names and colors that are set by you. Users can place multiple Tags on a message or item and then items can be searched by their tag name and message content. Incoming messages can be automatically tagged based on used-defined rules.

 

Address Books
Address book stores all of you contact details. Few unique features of Aruna Contacts are:

  • Import/export contacts in CSV format
  • Synchronize automatically between Outlook, the webmail client and your mobile.
  • Right-clicking a Contact displays a menu of actions to take on the Contact (e.g. compose message, search for messages)
  • Drag/drop a contact to a mini-calendar date to create an appointment with that contact.
  • Create multiple address books in a single mailbox
  • Move/copy contacts from one Address Book to another (based on access privileges)
  • Create group contact lists in their user Address Books
 

Calendars
Arunaemail has a powerful built in personal and shared calendar. Users can use calendars to:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Group scheduling
  • Resource scheduling
  • Appointments and schedules are automatically displayed in the users current time zone.
  • Synchronize automatically between Outlook, the webmail client and your mobile.  
  • Subscribe to external calendars in .ics format
  • User can print calendars in day, week, work week, or month views
  • Publish calendar in iCalendar (.ics) format
  • Mac OXX - sync natively with Apple iCal and Apple Address Book.
 

Mail Conversations
Aruna Email has an efficient way to manage your conversations or threads. It enables automatic grouping of messages in a message thread.  So all your mails regarding one subject or conversation are automatically grouped together in one place.  Conversations are formed independently of folders, meaning that messages in different folders can be part of the same conversation. Conversation level actions enables user to also perform actions on an entire conversation such as move, tag, flag, drag/drop, etc.  

 

Feeds
Subscribe and publish RSS/ATOM feeds. It also has the ability to generate RSS or ATOM feeds based on the contents of the Inbox or other mail folders.
